A stylish laundry make over

An existing laundry/butler's pantry gets more storage capacity, a laundry hamper and over 50% more additional bench space, making for a more user friendly area. It was important to use as much of the existing cabinetry carcassing as possible to reduce waste, landfill and costs, however, the existing door fronts were replaced. The entire space was rearranged with all tall cabinetry repositioned adjacent to the fridge thus freeing up the remaining space for domestic chores and a place for the all important coffee machine. The benches are finished in Calacatta Caesarstone with mirrored splashbacks to increase the sense of space in this small but important room.
